Our Factory & Testing Lab
Quality control runs through every production procedure.
We built an independent testing laboratory to carry out multiple durability tests before shipment:
• Continuous aging test
• High & low temperature cycling test
• IP waterproof test
• Overload and leakage protection test
• Thousands-times plug & pull durability test
All finished products undergo 100% function inspection before packing, aiming to lower failure rates for overseas partners.
Reliability Environmental Tests for Portable EV Chargers
Low Temperature Test
The portable EV charger is placed inside a climatic test chamber and tested at -40°C for 8 hours. Upon completion of the 8-hour low-temperature exposure, the unit is taken out for a full 360° visual inspection. The enclosure shows no cracking or deformation, and the charger operates normally after power-on.
High Temperature Test
The product is loaded into the high-temperature climatic chamber and tested at 85°C. After being removed from the test environment, the unit undergoes a full 360° inspection. There is no cracking or deformation on the housing, and the charger functions properly when powered up.
Thermal Shock Aging Test
This test subjects the unit to repeated rapid shifts between high and low temperatures to verify the physical reliability of the product under extreme ambient conditions. The full test lasts 4 hours with frequent rapid heating and cooling cycles. Random sampling via thermal shock aging inspection is implemented for every production batch. Products can only be dispatched after all sampled units pass the test.
Raw Material Incoming Inspection → In-line Production Inspection → Laboratory Performance Testing → Aging Function Test → Appearance Inspection → Final Packing Check
We establish unified testing standards for every model. Any unqualified unit will be picked out and reworked before delivery.
