Production Process

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Strictly check raw materials including output cables, industrial connectors, circuit boards, chips, silver-gray housings and plastic accessories. Verify technical specifications, component models, surface finish and IP rating compliance. Unqualified materials are rejected to eliminate hidden quality risks before mass production.

2. Connector Assembly

Adopt standardized crimping and injection molding procedures for charging connectors to achieve tight wiring fixation and excellent insulation performance. Accurately assemble internal terminals and shell parts to form sturdy, long-life connector assemblies free of loose contact risks.

3. Final Product Assembly

Systematically assemble finished connectors, multi-protection safety modules, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi control mainboards, RFID card reading units and charging wires. Neatly arrange internal wiring and fix all parts inside the IP65 silver-gray enclosure to form an integrated charging station.

4. Aging and Functional Testing

Run continuous high-load aging tests under simulated temperature and humidity environments to validate long-running stability. Full functional tests cover actual charging output, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi mobile APP communication, RFID card authentication, real-time 4.3-inch display data, grounding performance, overcurrent/overvoltage/undervoltage/phase-loss safety protection and fault alarm functions.

5. Final Inspection and Shipment

Conduct all-round finished product inspection, covering electrical performance, housing appearance, display screen clarity, wireless connection smoothness and packaging integrity. Only fully qualified units go through standardized packaging, warehouse storage and scheduled delivery as per customer orders.
