Q1: Is this 11kW charger suitable for my electric car?
A: This charger supports Type 2 European standard plug and GB/T Chinese national standard plug, compatible with 99.9% mainstream new energy vehicles on the market, including Tesla, BYD, Volkswagen, Hyundai, BMW, Mercedes, Audi and more. If you are unsure of your car connector type, contact us with your vehicle model for confirmation.
Q2: What power supply does this charger need?
A: It requires three-phase AC 380V power grid with 5 core industrial cable. Single-phase 220V household power cannot drive this 11kW model. We can provide 7kW single-phase chargers if you only have single-phase electricity.
Q3: Can the charger be installed outdoors exposed to rain and snow?
A: Yes. It reaches IP65 dustproof and waterproof grade, with wide working temperature range from -20℃ to +50℃. It will automatically stop charging when temperature exceeds 50℃ or drops below -20℃ to protect the equipment and battery. Rain, snow and dust will not affect normal use.
